Balloon Decor is a small balloon styling business that was launched in 2020 by a Belgian crafty lady of Congolese descent. 

The motto of the business is " Balloon Decor where happiness floats". 

Our goal is to style balloons so they will match with event theme (birthday, baby shower, christening, proposal, wedding...), they will enhance the party decoration and they will also give the perfect instagrammable background for your pictures.
